We take great pride in the denim we make and we assure you nothing but the best of our works. However, we understand that there can be instances where size, colour, or design can vary due to these being handmade denim apparel.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Just drop us an email within 7 days of receiving your product with your name, product number and reason for return, and attach a picture of the product received.
For refunds, use RETURNS & REFUNDS as your email subject. Provided there are no defects and the product’s tag is still intact, we will provide a full refund for your purchase.
For exchanges, use RETURNS & EXCHANGES as your email subject. Provided there are no defects and the product’s tag is still intact, we will exchange your item with a fresh one. If there is no stock available, we will offer to replace your product with a similarly priced product.
If the reason for return is due to change of mind or mistaken order on the part of the buyer, the buyer will have to bear the shipping costs of the return.
If the reason for return is due to a mistake on the part of the Raw Denim House, then we will bear the shipping costs of the return.
How do I ship my order back to you?
Once we have replied to your return request email, all you have to do is send your item using a reliable carrier that provides a tracking option. Please ship your returned item to the following address:
